  4. After 40 minutes, remove the onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers and pour out excess water. Add a spoonful of sand tea sauce and a small amount of cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

  6. Steam the pot over boiling water for 25 minutes. I turn on the heat at 1200w, just make sure the steam is big enough.
