Black sesame roll
Overview
This very simple and easy-to-succeed dessert is the second food I made using the new Changdi Man32K oven. It has a fragrant sesame flavor and a soft texture. It is very good for children and the elderly. Although it has a dark appearance and has no appearance, its effect is not small. Black sesame seeds can nourish the liver and kidneys, nourish blood and moisturize dryness. It is especially suitable for middle-aged and elderly people suffering from hair loss, premature graying of beard and hair, dry skin, and constipation due to liver and kidney deficiency. Moreover, modern medical research shows that black sesame seeds contain protein, fat, vitamin E, vitamin B1, B2, various amino acids and trace elements such as calcium, phosphorus and iron, which can delay aging.
