Scallion-flavored Longli Fish Fillet

Longli fish tastes fresh and tender and has no spines. You don’t have to worry about getting stuck by the spines when feeding it to your children.

Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft and set aside.

Cut the Longli fish into fillets diagonally, add cooking wine and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Wash the scallions and cut them into chopped green onions.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the vermicelli first and cook.

Remove the vermicelli to a plate.

Cook the Longli fish fillets, roll the fish fillets until the color turns white.

Remove the fish fillets and place them on the vermicelli.

Add a little oil to the pot, heat it up, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, stir well, and turn off the heat.

Pour the fried scallion oil over the fish fillets and stir evenly when eating.
