My grandpa loves to eat rice dumplings, so I will make some for him after today’s break. When cooking the rice dumplings, add a few rice dumpling eggs. The rice dumplings are very fragrant~ You need to slowly learn how to make rice dumplings. Just make them a few times. I just refer to the illustrations on the Internet and I will slowly get the hang of it~

Wash the rice dumpling leaves, put them in a pot and cook for 20 minutes, then pour them into a basin and set aside.

Soak the glutinous rice for about 6 hours in advance.

Pick up a rice dumpling leaf and roll it into a funnel shape. I like to put a candied date at the bottom to prevent rice from leaking. Put in the glutinous rice, then put a piece of bean paste, and hold it with your hands as shown in the picture.

Fold the back rice dumpling leaves forward and be sure to hold them tightly.
