Break the broccoli into small florets and wash them in water.

Blanch the washed broccoli in boiling water.

Peel, wash and cut carrots into thin slices and set aside.

Crack the eggs in a bowl, add a little salt and mix well.

Heat up the wok, add cooking oil to heat, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry until cooked and dispersed.
