Wash the mushrooms and cut into pieces. (Cut a mushroom into two pieces)

Chinese cabbage is also called Huangyabai in the south. Tear the leaves into pieces and cut the stems into pieces.

Put oil in the pot and fry the pork belly.

Add ginger, green onions, mushrooms, soybean paste, and stir-fry over high heat for one minute.

Add cabbage stems and stir-fry until soft.

Then add cabbage leaves and fry until soft. If you have a small blunt pot, you can put the contents of the pot into the blunt pot.

Put the tofu on top. (Mix in advance) Sauce: light soy sauce, salt, pepper, pepper powder, cumin powder, add a bowl of water and mix well.
