Separate the egg yolk and protein into two oil-free and water-free basins

Add oil and milk to egg yolks and mix well

Sift in flour

Add egg whites to brown sugar in three batches and beat until stiff peaks

Add one third of the egg whites and mix well

Add all the egg whites and mix slowly evenly

Add oil to the rice cooker, coat all sides with oil and heat for a few minutes

Pour in the batter and smooth the surface

Press the cooking mode, change to keep warm, cover the vent hole with a wet towel and simmer for 20 minutes, then press the cooking button, change to keep warm and simmer for another 20 minutes

Remove from the pan, let cool, cut into pieces, and serve with drinks to make a great afternoon tea
