Add water to a pot and cook the raw quail eggs, then remove and peel the shells. Add some oil to the pot and heat and fry the peeled quail eggs until they are brown

Chop the garlic, ginger and millet pepper ingredients

Heat water in a pot, add chopped chicken pieces, boil, rinse with cold water and drain

Heat some oil in a pot, add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant

Add chicken pieces and stir-fry

Add soy sauce, vinegar, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and millet pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Add fried quail eggs and stir-fry

Stir fry for 2 minutes

Add water to cover the chicken pieces

After drying, remove from the pot
