Overview

The mushroom stuffing is leftover from stuffed bitter gourd. I happened to have some string beans in the refrigerator, which came in handy.

Steps

  1. Ingredients required: long beans and ready-made meat filling.

  2. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil, scald the long beans through the boiling water and remove.

  3. Take a string bean and twist it into a small circle. As shown in the picture. Use the same method to wrap the remaining beans.

  4. All beans have been reshaped.

  5. Stuff all the beans into the meat filling. (It is best to add 1 tsp of starch to the meat filling and mix well so that it will not fall apart when fried)

  6. Add a small amount of oil to the pan and fry the beans until both sides are lightly colored. Add a pinch of salt.

  7. Finally add appropriate amount of water and a small amount of light soy sauce.

  8. Cover tightly and cook over medium heat until the sauce is almost dry.
