I made this for my husband on Valentine's Day. It's milk-flavored. It was very beautiful when it was shaped. It cracked a little after steaming, but my husband said it tasted very good, very sweet and delicate

Ingredients to prepare: pure milk, flour, yeast

Add the white sugar to the flour and mix well. Melt the yeast with warm water and pour it into the flour. Then add the milk and stir to form a floc. Use your hands to knead evenly into a ball. It will not stick to the basin and hands

After kneading, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size

Knead the fermented dough to drain out the air, then knead it long and cut it into dough balls of the same size

Roll out into thin discs, overlapping as shown

Roll it into a cylinder, then use a knife to cut in the middle of the rolled dough

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, put the prepared fancy steamed buns in, bring to a boil and then steam over medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 4-5 minutes before opening the lid
