Cordyceps flowers are soaked in water.

Soak the Cordyceps flowers and cut off the roots.

Clean the cordyceps flowers, drain and set aside.

Wash the black-bone chicken and chop into small pieces and set aside.

Add 800 ml of water to the pot, add 2 grams of ginger slices and 10 grams of cooking wine.
