I just watched TV yesterday and said that the dog days are suitable for eating bitter melon~~ I happened to have one, a versatile egg to fry together. Homey, simple, and tastes good. It has a slight bitter taste and I enjoyed it quite a bit. Mom frowned, haha~~~
