Stir-fried pork belly with garlic sprouts
Overview

Steps
-
Prepare the main ingredients, pork belly and garlic sprouts
-
Cut the pork belly into thin slices. Because my pork belly is fatter, it is easier to produce oil if I slice it thinner
-
Pick and wash garlic sprouts and cut into sections
-
Put the pork belly into the pot and stir-fry to release the oil. Because it is cut relatively thin, it will become transparent immediately. When it is slightly brown, add a garlic. When the oil is too much, pour out some of the oil. You can fry other vegetables
-
Put the pork belly to one side, add the garlic sprouts, and stir-fry (actually it’s best to add the garlic sprouts after leaving the pork, but I’m lazy, so I skipped this step, and the pork belly came out a bit overcooked)
-
Stir-fry until the garlic sprouts are broken, turn down the heat, add salt, oyster sauce, and a little soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, and remove from the pan
