Cream raisin ice cream - a different kind of milk raisin ice cream, I really can’t put it down
Overview
The whole ice cream tastes the same as the milk ice cream on the market, and the milk flavor is more fragrant, soft, and sometimes a little rustic... The rich milk aroma, coupled with the sweetness of the grapes, is really hard to put down. This summer I decided to make it myself, using safe ingredients to make a different kind of milk raisin ice cream.

Pour the milk into the eggbeater and bring to a boil

Turn to low heat, add sugar and stir until sugary

Then pour in 1 tsp of glutinous rice flour

Stir evenly, add a few drops of vanilla essence, stir well and turn off the heat

Place the mixture into cold water

When the temperature drops to scalding water, add egg yolks, mix well and set aside

Add 15g of fine sugar to the light cream and beat until 60% textured

Pour the previous mixture into the whipped cream and mix the two evenly with a spatula

Put a few raisins into the mold

Then pour the stirred cream paste into the mold until it is nine-tenths full

Fasten the popsicle sticks and freeze in the refrigerator overnight. The frozen ice cream
