Overview

The whole ice cream tastes the same as the milk ice cream on the market, and the milk flavor is more fragrant, soft, and sometimes a little rustic... The rich milk aroma, coupled with the sweetness of the grapes, is really hard to put down. This summer I decided to make it myself, using safe ingredients to make a different kind of milk raisin ice cream.

  4. Stir evenly, add a few drops of vanilla essence, stir well and turn off the heat

  5. Place the mixture into cold water

  6. When the temperature drops to scalding water, add egg yolks, mix well and set aside

  7. Add 15g of fine sugar to the light cream and beat until 60% textured

  8. Pour the previous mixture into the whipped cream and mix the two evenly with a spatula

  9. Put a few raisins into the mold

  10. Then pour the stirred cream paste into the mold until it is nine-tenths full

  11. Fasten the popsicle sticks and freeze in the refrigerator overnight. The frozen ice cream
