Fried hard rice with eggs
Overview
When I was little, I didn’t like the food cooked by my mother and refused to eat, but I was hungry, so I made my own fried rice. It’s simple but delicious😏

Ingredients
Steps
-
bowls of rice (I will put 2 more bowls of fried rice than usual) add less water to cook hard rice
-
For the cooked hard rice, add a little oil (a few drops will do), stir evenly, and let cool for a while
-
While the rice is drying, beat 4 eggs
-
Add a little salt and a few drops of oil to the eggs and beat them
-
Prepare 2 garlic cloves and smash them flat
-
Wash the wok and burn it over high heat to dry up any traces of water
-
When the wok starts to smoke, pour in the oil and heat it for 50%, then add the 2 prepared garlic cloves
-
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the beaten eggs
-
After pouring in the eggs for a few seconds, quickly add the cooled rice
-
Stir fry quickly and continuously to break up any clumps of rice and mix with the eggs
-
Pour the soy sauce into the bowl containing the eggs, stir well, and pour into the wok
-
Stir fry quickly and evenly. If it is not loose enough, you can use chopsticks to break it up
-
After stir-frying evenly, take it out on a plate
