  1. Pour water and a little salt into the pot. After the water boils, add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  2. Wash and shred the cabbage and set aside.

  3. Clean and drain the fresh squid and cut into sections.

  4. Cut the garlic into minced pieces, add a little oil in the pot and sauté until fragrant.

  5. Pour in the squid and stir-fry until fragrant.

  6. Add coconut milk, cabbage, salt, sugar and black pepper.

  7. Finally, add the Indonesian spices, stir evenly, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
