Multigrain porridge
Overview
Thank you Gourmet World for the opportunity to try it out. After receiving this Supor smart electric stewpot, I immediately unboxed it for inspection, cleaned the inner pot, and read the instructions. I tried the multigrain porridge in the first pot. The porridge took more than 4 hours to cook. It was as smooth as oil, soft and sweet. Even if it is whole grains, you don’t have to chew hard. It feels like it melts in your mouth. It is so delicious, especially suitable for the elderly. Especially in winter, porridge like this is often cooked for the elderly in the morning and evening. It not only nourishes the stomach, but also has certain nutritional value.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients. This is a 2-liter pot and uses 200g of rice. Except for 80g of rice, the rest are 30g, which is a bit more for two people.
-
Mix these kinds of rice together, put it into a basin, stir evenly, and then wash it repeatedly.
-
Put all the ingredients into the inner pot and add an appropriate amount of water.
-
The water level can be a little higher. Because it was the first time I used it, I was worried that the water would flow out. Later I found that this worry was unnecessary.
-
Put the inner pot into the pot, cover the pot, turn on the power, set the multi-grain porridge, and turn on the switch. The time is 4.3 hours.
-
Take a look at the complete pot. It is simple and elegant, small and exquisite, has 8 stewing functions, and is practical and convenient.
-
After 2 hours, I didn't hear any movement, and I couldn't see any steam. I opened the pot and took a look. It turned out that it was simmering slowly over low heat. It was impossible to boil the pot. There was no trace of cooking porridge even on the pot lid. It was so good that I could put it directly on the dining table for cooking.

After 4.3 hours, the porridge will be cooked. If you like a sweet taste, add rock sugar half an hour in advance or add an appropriate amount of brown sugar when it is out of the pot. I did not add sugar. I feel that it still tastes soft and sweet.
