Blanch the fat beef in boiling water until it changes color, remove and set aside.

Add vegetable oil to the pan, add potato cubes and fry until edges are lightly browned.

Add onions and saute until fragrant, add peeled tomato pieces and saute until golden.

Add tomato paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and salt, stir well, then add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 17 minutes.

Add the beef and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
