After cutting the chicken into pieces, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger slices and dark soy sauce to marinate.

Soak in advance until soft.

Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into cubes, remove stems from mushrooms and cut into cubes.
