Rub the clams with salt and wash the shell!

Wash and add a small amount of water and cook until the clams open (if they do not open after cooking for a long time, they may be dead and can be thrown away)

Beat two eggs with a little salt!

Add the cooled clam cooking water (the amount of water and eggs is 1:1) and mix well

Mix well and beat evenly. Strain twice through a fine mesh (this way the whole egg will be fine and smooth)

After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onion and pour in the water you just cooked the clams in!
