Mix the dough stick noodles into a ball.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours, then take out and warm to room temperature.

No need to knead the dough, just cut it into long strips.

Before overlapping the two pieces, apply some water in the middle, and then press a line from the middle.

Heat the oil in the pot until it is 50% hot, add the smallest fried dough sticks and try frying them.
