Two tomatoes;

Wash and remove the stems, peel and break into pieces.

A lump of meat;

Add ginger, salt, pepper, MSG, and red sweet potato powder;

Add a little cooking wine, add water three times, and stir in one direction until the minced meat is thickened.

Pour the tomato pieces into a pot under cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, remove the floating top, and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes;
