  4. Preheat the enamel pot over low heat for two minutes, pour in a drop of olive oil, and place onions, celery, and garlic on the bottom. Arrange mushroom pieces again.

  5. Finally, add the marinated chicken wings, cover and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
