Overview
Shiitake mushrooms are rich in provitamin D. Mushroom protein contains 18 kinds of amino acids. Shiitake mushrooms account for 7 of the 8 kinds of amino acids necessary for the human body. Most of them are L-type amino acids, which are highly active and easily absorbed by the human body. The digestibility is as high as 80%. Wash the mushrooms and cut them in half, slice the pork, peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
