Braised chicken wings
Overview
Be sure not to add too much oil to the braised chicken wings. Add some cornstarch when marinating to make them more tender

Wash the chicken wings and score them with a knife a few times

Add ginger, vinegar, salt, soy sauce, and cornstarch and marinate for about ten to twenty minutes. The chicken wings will be tenderer

Prepare the ingredients

Brown the chicken wings on both sides over medium heat

When both sides are brown, add onions, garlic, and peppers and fry them. Add a bowl of water, dark soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes

Finally sprinkle some coriander or green onion
