  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices with a razor blade. I usually cut the chicken breast into three slices. Use the back of the knife to spread the chicken breast slices to loosen the tissue of the meat and make it easier to taste. Then marinate it with Orleans seasoning for an hour. Coat the marinated meat slices layer by layer in the order of starch, egg liquid and bread crumbs.

  2. Flatten it, put it in a zip-keeping bag, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze. You can just take it out without defrosting when eating.

  3. Air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes, turning over and brushing lightly with oil. Fry until golden and crispy. Pour tomato sauce over it.
