Ingredients
Steps
-
Have all materials ready
-
Sift flour
-
Choose a milk pot with a smaller diameter, pour water and butter into the milk pot and boil (the butter must be softened in advance so that it can melt at the same time when boiled with water, otherwise the water will evaporate)
-
Bring water and butter to a boil and turn off heat
-
Pour in the flour all at once
-
Stir evenly (be sure to mix evenly, until there are no white spots, turn on the heat and continue stirring until the flour is covered with a layer of flour, turn off the heat and take it out)
-
Beat the eggs (beat evenly)
-
Pour in half of the eggs and flour and mix thoroughly
-
Mix the last half of the eggs with the flour in 2-3 batches
-
Stir until the batter drops down and forms a triangle shape and is still in a low state
-
Put into piping bag
-
Spread a layer of butter on a baking sheet and pour in the batter
-
Spread a layer of egg liquid on the batter
-
Use a fork to press it horizontally and vertically (this is to make the finished product more beautiful and plump)
-
Preheat the oven at 200° for 10 minutes, put it in a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes (do not open the oven to check during the process, otherwise it will not rise)
-
Mix corn, green beans, kiwi and dragon fruit and add to Kewpie Fruit Salad Dressing
-
Mix thoroughly with chopsticks and set aside
-
After the puff is finished, take it out and cool it down
-
Divide the puff into 2 pieces and scoop in the salad dressing with a spoon
-
Sift powdered sugar over the finished product
