Add flour to yeast powder, mix with warm water, knead into dough, and let it rise for about an hour. It will be ready until the dough has doubled in size.

Roll out the risen dough into a 0.5 cm thick sheet, cut it into strips, overlap the two strips, and press them with chopsticks to make the two noodles stick together. Let it sit on the chopping board for another ten minutes.

Pour oil into the pot, heat it to 40% hot, add the dough sticks and start frying the dough sticks. Turn frequently during the frying process to avoid over frying.

Because it was the first time to fry fried dough sticks, the heat was overheated. Maybe the heat would be lower next time.
