Chocolate Protein Cookies
Overview
I have been wondering if there is any way to solve the problem of egg whites and chocolate at the same time. Teacher Meng’s chocolate protein biscuits obviously meet my requirements. Although these two are not the main ingredients, they can take care of both. It looks and feels pretty good, but why did my pattern disappear

Prepare biscuit ingredients

Soften the butter and pour it into a large bowl together with the powdered sugar

Mix well with a rubber spatula

Then beat with a whisk until fluffy

Add egg whites in portions and beat

Become a uniform paste

Mix flour, baking powder and cornstarch and sift into butter paste

Mix well

Put into piping bag

Pipe out 5cm strips in the baking pan

Place in the oven at 170 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, bake for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes

Turn golden brown and let cool

Prepare decoration materials

Chop the chocolate and heat it over water to melt
