Cut the tofu into thin slices and fry in a pan over low heat

Fry until golden brown on both sides and set aside

Soak the fungus in advance and cut the pepper into pieces and set aside

It tastes very fresh. Pour water, sugar, salt and starch into a bowl and mix thoroughly and set aside
