Zhangua is another way people here call Xihelu. Zhan Gua is sweet in taste and mild in nature. It is rich in vitamins and can relieve summer heat and stop diarrhea. Zhangua can be fried or cooked in soup and is very delicious.

Cut up the melon and green onions.

Cut the meat into slices.

Clean the mushrooms.

Boil water in a pot and add cooking wine.

Put the lean meat slices in, take them out after changing color and set aside.

Add soybean oil to the pot and sauté the chopped green onions.
