  5. Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the seasonings.

  6. Add the fried hairtail and stir-fry.

  7. Add about a bowl of water. There is no need to add too much water because the fish is already fried.

  8. Add salt and a little dark soy sauce. When the soup becomes less, add the white rice vinegar, and when the soup becomes thicker, turn off the heat.
