Wash the hairtail segments bought in the supermarket and set aside.

Dip the hairtail fish in starch and fry it in a pan.

Fry it out and put it on a plate.

Prepare seasoning.

Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the seasonings.

Add the fried hairtail and stir-fry.

Add about a bowl of water. There is no need to add too much water because the fish is already fried.

Add salt and a little dark soy sauce. When the soup becomes less, add the white rice vinegar, and when the soup becomes thicker, turn off the heat.
