Brush the large white radish clean, cut into dices with the skin on, add salt so that each piece is evenly coated with salt, and marinate for half an hour. Pour away the salt water, squeeze the white radish dry, add sugar, and marinate for half an hour. After squeezing out the water, marinate again with sugar.

Wash the millet, drain and cut into small circles.

After the white radish is pickled, squeeze out the water, add sugar, salt, and millet, and stir evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 days. You can also mix in light soy sauce and cooked spicy oil when eating.
