Overview
I originally wanted to stew it and eat it that night, but my husband suddenly worked overtime and made too much food to eat, so I marinated it and put it in the refrigerator and grilled it the next day.

-
Wash the chicken wing roots, blanch them and drain the water. Generally, they are not blanched and are directly pickled raw. I originally wanted to cook it and eat it that night, but suddenly I found that there were too many vegetables to finish, so I marinated it and ate it the next day.
-
Prick some holes with a fork, let cool slightly and put into a plastic bag

Mix the seasonings in the ingredients (except dark soy sauce) thoroughly, pour into a plastic bag, knead evenly with the chicken wing roots, refrigerate overnight, and turn over halfway

Take it out from the refrigerator, wrap it with tin foil, put it in the middle of the oven, and bake at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes
-
Take it out, open the tin foil, pour out the soup, and brush the surface with a mixture of a little honey and dark soy sauce
-
Place in the upper shelf of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Turn over halfway through and brush with the sauce
