Fresh squid with double pepper
Overview
A friend gave me a good knife some time ago, and I have always wanted to use it to practice my skills. I bought a fresh squid and practiced cutting it. Once I have mastered it, if someone wants to learn from me tomorrow, we can also be a tutor and train them. By the way, wouldn't it be better if we can also charge some tutor fees, and we can also make a living from it, hahaha~~~ Isn't it a bit too far-term to think about

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Wash the fresh squid, tear off the black membrane and cut it with a flower knife, cut the green and red pepper into diagonal slices, and cut the onion and pickled ginger into small slices.
-
After the water in the pot boils, add the fresh squid to blanch. Once the fresh squid is rolled up, pour it out with a knife and let it cool for later use.
-
Prepare a bowl of juice (salt, sugar, oyster sauce, pepper, cornstarch, water)
-
Heat the pan and stir-fry the green and red peppers and onions.
-
Then add the soaked ginger slices and stir-fry together.
-
After cutting off the growth, put it out and set aside.
-
Continue to heat the pot and put the blanched fresh squid into the pot.
-
Sprinkle cooking wine along the edge of the pot to remove the fishy smell.
-
Then pour the previously fried green and red peppers into the pot, and then pour the bowl of juice.
-
Stir-fry over high heat until the soup dries up, then serve.
