Green Bean and Barley Milk
Overview
I always think that machines are stupid. It is normal for a tofu machine to need a filter when making tofu, but when drinking soy milk, even dregs of soy milk, this filter is not necessary. I don’t know if it’s possible to remove the filter and make soy milk? Might as well give it a try. After making the tofu, take a break and then make the green bean and barley milk. With the desire to drink even dregs of soy milk, I removed the filter, poured in the beans, added water, installed the machine, and started it, but the LCD screen reported an error. Remove it again, check the water level, install it, start it, and report an error. After tossing it several times, it still remains the same. Is it necessary to have a filter? Pour out the bean water, install the filter, pour in the bean water again, install the machine, start it, and it's done. Dizzy! Originally, I was just worried that the beans would spread out in the large space without a filter. The small knife head would not be able to catch them, and coarse particles would remain. Unexpectedly, this guy refused to work without a filter. I really don’t know if it is stupid or smart. After a lot of tossing, a large vat of light blue green bean and barley milk finally came out of the pot. After cleaning up, I threw the instruction manual on the table and suddenly found that the cover of the instruction manual printed clearly, "This machine can do:". . . . . Extra thick soy milk without residue! !
