Overview

As an office worker, I only have 1.5 hours of rest at noon. Every day when I pass by the vegetable market on my way back to the dormitory, I quickly pick out the dishes to cook and take them back to the dormitory for lunch. I usually make stir-fries to save time and be cheap!

  4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic until fragrant, add sausage and stir-fry, then add shredded carrots and stir-fry for 30 seconds

  5. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add some water and stir-fry for 1 minute. Do not cover the pot ~

  6. Add oyster sauce and a little salt and reduce the juice over high heat (you can also add soy sauce, but I personally prefer oyster sauce)

  7. Finally it’s time to plate it! A quick lunch for office workers, fast food outside usually costs 12 yuan. Today I bought garlic moss for 2.8 yuan, carrots for 0.8 yuan, sausages wholesaled by my sister at Dongwang Grain and Oil Market, I counted 2 yuan, and other costs of 2 yuan. In the end, my lunch cost was 7.6 yuan! Cheap and hygienic!
