Overview
Spring cakes are eaten on the day of the Beginning of Spring. Our family also likes to eat them in normal times, and we eat them twice a month!

Prepare the ingredients

Add salt to flour and mix well

Pour boiling water into the flour and stir until it becomes fluffy

When it is no longer hot, knead it into dough

Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and leave for half an hour

Divide the dough into evenly sized pieces

Prepare oil and brush

Brush one side of the dough with oil

Pick up another piece of dough that has not been brushed with oil and press it together

Roll into pancakes

Brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the pan, add the dough pieces, and fry slowly over low heat

Brush oil on the front

Flip and bake

Fry until slightly yellow and puffy in the middle
