Shrimp skin, dry thin noodles.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and put the noodles in cold water. (I like it under cold water, it’s easier to cook)

Millet pepper, coriander, green onion and ginger.

Put ginger, green onion, millet pepper, and coriander into a bowl, and add appropriate amount of dried shrimps.

Mix appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, mature vinegar and sesame oil into a mixing bowl.

Boil the noodles until they boil.

Pour the prepared ingredients into the bowl.

Stir well and serve in a bowl.
