Twice-cooked pork
Overview
In the hot summer, I have to cook a variety of meals for my family every day. Twice-cooked pork is delicious and fragrant, the meat is fat but not greasy, and the vegetables are vegetarian and flavorful. It is a great dish to go with rice.
