Creamy fried dough sticks
Overview
I wanted to eat fried dough sticks, so I made a few. I wasn’t confident at first, but after I made them, the effect was pretty good

Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough

Wrap in plastic wrap and keep at low temperature for more than 2 hours

Brush some oil on the work surface, divide the dough into small pieces, and press it with the middle of the chopsticks

Hold both ends with both hands and gently pull them open, put them into hot oil, and fry over medium heat until cooked

When the fried dough sticks float and turn golden brown on both sides, remove and drain the oil
