Soak dried soybeans in water for 6 to 8 hours. If the weather is hot, change the water twice during the process

I grind the soy milk in a food processor and pour it into a gauze bag. After the soy milk boils, remove the foam on the surface and continue cooking for 5 minutes before turning off the heat.

You can prepare lactone when cooking soy milk. According to the ratio of 500 grams of soy milk to 0.7 grams of lactone. Place the weighed lactone in a deeper container and add two tablespoons of cold water to dissolve.

After boiling, let the soy milk sit for one to two minutes. When it reaches about 90 degrees, lift the pot and quickly pour the soy milk into the lactone container. Do not stir, cover the lid and let it sit for 15 minutes!

Add brown sugar and white sugar, or your favorite ingredients, and a delicious bowl of tofu curd is ready.
