Mini spring rolls
Overview
Another great place to use leftover wonton wrappers, wrap them in bean paste and deep-fry them to make mini spring rolls.

Push the corner of the wonton wrapper toward you and squeeze out a piece of bean paste filling from the corner.

Pick up this corner and wrap it in bean paste.

Fold the left and right corners toward the center.

Fold the remaining corner toward you, soaking it with water.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, reduce heat to low.

Add the spring rolls and flip them back and forth to cook them evenly.

Fry until golden brown and take out.
