Overview

I have registered in "Food World" for a long time, but I have never had time to upload any dishes. This time I finally have time to post what I have made. I don't like sweets, but my son likes them. For the sake of the people I love, I would rather just cook them instead of eat them. This is the first time I made them, and there are areas that need improvement. I hope I can do better next time.

  1. Heat 160 ml of pure milk over water, then add a little yeast, sugar and a little salt in sequence, stir evenly. Place 440 grams of flour in a basin, slowly pour the above-mentioned milk solution into the flour, stir while pouring, and then add 2 egg liquids. After kneading the dough, add 20 grams of unsalted butter and knead until the surface is smooth. Knead it into a ball and let it rest.   2. Spread the fermented dough with a rolling pin, press it into shape with a donut mold, and ferment for another 40 minutes

  4. Fry in the oil pan. When the oil temperature is 70% to 80% hot, you can put it in. The heat should not be too high. If it is too high, the outside will be burnt and the inside will be uncooked. Just fry over medium heat
