Wash the cabbage, drain it, and cut into slices diagonally.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Pork slices.

Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the pork and stir-fry.

Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir-fry, add some soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water, add vermicelli and simmer over medium heat.
