Garlic eyebrow beans
Overview
When I was a child, my mother often planted black beans in the garden behind the house. This kind of vegetable is very special and does not need to be planted in the field. As long as there is sunlight, enough water, and branches to cling to, the green beans vines will grow naturally. Eyebrow beans are planted in spring, last for a long time in summer, and begin to bear fruit in autumn. They can be eaten until late autumn, and can even be harvested until frost. Every spring, as long as you plant a few plants randomly, you will have endless amounts of eyebrow beans in autumn. Fresh green beans can be stir-fried, blanched and served cold, roasted and stewed with chicken, or dried to make winter vegetables. If you accidentally let the green beans grow old, it doesn't matter, the beans can be cooked and eaten. In fact, we locally call it tea bean board, haha! Eyebrow beans are mild in nature and sweet in taste. They can nourish the five internal organs, warm the stomach and intestines, and help the meridians. They are good medicinal and food ingredients. You should eat more of them in autumn.
