Grilled fish
Overview
This is a dish of island fish grilled in the oven. Daozi fish, aohua fish, crucian carp and bream flower fish are listed as three flowers and one island in Songhua Lake. It is one of its fine fish species. The meat is tender and perfect for grilling. The grilled Daozi fish has a strong burnt aroma, coupled with the tenderness of the fish itself, it is really a rare delicacy!

Main and auxiliary ingredients: 3 pieces of Daozi fish. Remove the scales, internal organs and wash the Daozi fish.

Make two cuts on the back of the fish, then add a little salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Prepare barbecue ingredients. According to your own taste, take appropriate amount of chili powder, cumin, sesame, curry powder (optional), salt, mix well and set aside.

Place the marinated island fish into the baking pan.

Put it in the oven and bake it at over 200 degrees.

After about 15 minutes, take out the baking sheet and brush a layer of oil on the shaped fish. Sprinkle some barbecue ingredients evenly. Continue to bake in the oven for 5 minutes.

Turn it over after taking it out and brush it with a layer of clear oil. Sprinkle some barbecue ingredients and bake in the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
