Fermented fermented pig's trotters

Wash the pig's trotters and chop into pieces.

Blanch in a pot under cold water to remove blood foam and impurities.

Cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger, and crush the garlic cloves.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until fragrant, turn to high heat, add pork trotters and dried chili and stir-fry.

When the color of the pig's trotters turns yellow, cook in half a bowl of white wine.

Add the red fermented bean curd sauce and stir-fry until it turns colour. (The amount of bean curd juice is about 1/10 of that of pig’s trotters)

Add appropriate amount of boiling water to boil, add rock sugar and a little white sugar to brighten and freshen.

Pour into the inner pot of Supor Fresh Breath Electric Pressure Cooker.

Close the lid, turn on the power, and touch any touch button to light up the screen.

Select "Ingredients Selection" until the "Meat and Spare Ribs" light turns on. Select "Cooking Mode" until the "Stew" light comes on.

Select "Pressure Adjustment" until the "40" light turns on. Select "Schedule/Schedule" until the "Schedule" light turns on, and select "+" until "00:40" is displayed.
