Golden Chicken Wing Root
Overview
The chicken wing roots are slightly processed and braided into a super cute shape. The chicken wings marinated by yourself taste great. I ate one fresh from the oven, it was really delicious. Using an air fryer to make it will not be as greasy as traditional frying, so it is recommended.

Steps
-
Wash the chicken wing roots and use a knife to make a circle around the thin part of the chicken wing roots to separate the tendons and bones.
-
Then follow the bones, turn the meat downwards, and finally turn it over. Here you can use a knife to separate the meat and bones more cleanly.
-
Mix all marinade ingredients well.
-
Pour the mixed sauce into the prepared chicken wing roots, grasp it evenly with your hands, and knead for 5 minutes.
-
Put the kneaded chicken wings into a sealed bag and refrigerate overnight.
-
The next day, take out the marinated chicken wing roots and prepare the dipping sauce.
-
First, coat the marinated chicken wings with a thin layer of flour, then gently shake off the excess flour after coating.
-
Place the chicken wings wrapped in flour into the egg wash so that the surface is covered with the egg wash.
-
Finally, coat the surface of the chicken wings dipped in egg liquid with bread crumbs.
-
Place all processed chicken wings in the frying basket.
-
Preheat the air fryer first. Select the steak mode in the air fryer, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 20 minutes. Then press and hold the stir button to put the air fryer into preheating mode.
-
While the fryer is preheating, we continue to bake the chicken wings. Cut out a small piece of tinfoil and wrap the top of the chicken wings with tinfoil.
-
After the fryer is preheated, place the frying basket into the air fryer, close the lid, and continue the steak mode of the air fryer.
-
After the chicken wings are grilled, put them on a plate and dip them in some tomato sauce to make them taste even better.

Knock delicious!
