Choose an appropriate amount of tender oyster mushrooms.

Tear into small florets.

Put the washed oyster mushrooms into boiling water

Blanch it and take it out.

Rinse once and squeeze some water for later use.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add garlic slices and chili segments and stir-fry until fragrant.
